What is your return policy?

Do you allow for exchanges?

Yes, you may exchange an item if you are not satisfied with your order. Here at awatown, we strive for hassle-free exchanges. So long as you abide by our return policy, we can fulfill an exchange within 48 hours after the delivery date.

Do you issue refunds?

Yes, awatown issues refunds in the event of a damaged or returned item. However, return conditions are set by the team on a case-by-case basis. To receive a refund on a product, please contact customer service via email. 

We do not issue refunds for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

What is the estimated delivery time for my location?

Do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders over N80,000 to anywhere in Nigeria.
